About the event
BIRMINGHAM, IT’S TIME TO MOVE. 🔥
FLOW MVMT is taking over City Walk Birmingham for our official launch—and we’re kicking things off with one big, high-energy movement experience.
We’re bringing three signature FLOW formats together for one event: Pilates FLOW, Vibe FLOW + Hip Hop Dance FLOW. Expect godo movement, big energy, and plenty of opportunities to try something new.
Come get a little sample of how we do things at FLOW MVMT. All levels and all bodies are welcome—no experience required!
This isn’t about crushing a workout. It’s about moving, playing, connecting, and experiencing your city in a whole new way.
✨ Three formats. One epic launch.
